How to take part in a predictions league

Predict the score of every match. Points for the exact score, fewer for the right result. The table updates as the results come in.

Join the league

1. Get the invite link or code from whoever runs the league. Public leagues are listed on the Leagues page too.
2. Create a free account if you don't have one.
3. Open the link, or paste the code into Join with a code on the Leagues page.

Make your predictions

1. Open Predict. Every match in the gameweek is listed with a score to fill in.
2. Each match locks at its own kickoff. Predict any time before that, and change your mind until then.
3. Nobody else sees your predictions until the match kicks off. Once it has, the whole league's picks are revealed.
4. Miss a match and the league's fallback applies: some leagues score a missed prediction as a default draw, others as zero. Turn on reminders in Notifications.

How points work

• Exact score - the full points (5 by default).
• Right result, wrong score - the smaller points (2 by default). The right team to win, or a draw.
• Knockout matches - you're predicting the score after 90 minutes. A tie decided in extra time or on penalties is scored on the 90-minute result.
• Your league's organiser may have changed the points. The league's Settings tab shows what's in force.

The table

The league table updates as matches finish. Open the league to see the standings, everyone's predictions for a gameweek once it has started, and the gameweek review write-ups.
